| Weitere Angaben | Barron hat in der Entertainment-Industrie bereits seit mehr als 25 Jahren gearbeitet, bevor er in Fernseh-und Filmproduktionen einstieg. Er begann seine Karriere in der Werbefilmindustrie. Neben seiner Arbeit als Produzent hat er ein breites Spektrum von Beiträgen und Leistungen gezeigt, darunter Motiv-Aufnahmeleitung, Regieassistenz, Produktionsleitung. Im Jahr 1991 wurde Barron als verantwortlicher Produzent von George Lucas für das ehrgeizige TV-Projekt "The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles" ernannt. Im folgenden Jahr arbeitete er an der Überarbeitung der Muppets-Weihnachtsgeschichte (The Muppet Christmas Carol). Im Frühjahr 1999 gründete David Barron seine eigene Firma, Contagious Films, mit dem britischen Regisseur Paul Weiland. Barron in jüngerer Zeit ein zweites Unternehmen, Runaway Fridge Films ins Leben gerufen. |
