As Harry wakes up and wants to go to breakfast, he meets Hermione who has brought some bread and wants to go for a walk with him. Hermione believes Harry and explains that Ron is jealous. Harry writes a letter to Sirius and tells him what happened. At Hagrid′s lesson they have to go for a walk with the Blast-Ended Skrewts. But Hagrid believes him too. The whole school is angry with Harry and the Slytherins have got badges with �Potter stinks� on them. Malfoy and Harry get into an argument and try to curse each other, but the curses instead hit Hermione, who gets long front teeth and Goyle who gets blisters on his nose. Harry has to leave early from the Potions class to join the other champions. He has to do an interview with Rita Skeeter, where her Quick-Quotes Quill does not write the truth. Then they are interrupted by Dumbledore and the weighing of the wands begins. All are in good condition. Then photos are shot. As Harry goes to his room, an owl from Sirius is waiting for him. Sirius wants to meet Harry in the Gryffindor tower a few days later at the fireplace.
