Harry, Ron and Hermione visit Winky and Dobby in the kitchen. Winky has changed a lot and only drinks butterbeer. Hermione receives hate mails because of Rita Skeeter′s article. Hagrid tells them that he has received some too.The champions come to know that they have to find the cup in a maze for the third task. After they have seen the growing maze, Viktor Krum wants to talk to Harry. He asks him whether Harry is going out with Hermione. Suddenly Mr. Crouch appears and wants to talk to Dumbledore. Harry goes and gets Dumbledore, but as they return Viktor has been hit by a stunning spell and Mr. Crouch has disappeared. Prof. Dumbledore sends Harry back to his friends, where he tells them everything.
