The “baby” is being thrown in an cauldron. The bones of Voldemort′s father are thrown in the cauldron, also the hand of Wormtail, which he has to chop of himself and then also Harry′s blood. The colour of the water changes and the “baby” becomes Lord Voldemort. He is back.
