During Harry and Professor Dumbledore take their way to the headmasters’ office Madame Pomfrey and Cornelius Fudge get into Moody’s office. Sirius waits impatiently in the headmaster’s office. Harry tells once more what has happened after the touch of the cup. Harry gets the information that his wand must be the brother of the Dark Lord’s wand.
When Dumbledore is satisfied with the information about what has happened, Harry is allowed to make his way to the hospital wing, where he meets his friends.
At the next morning Harry hears that Barty Crouch jr. has been kissed from a Dementor before he was able to give a confession about what he had done. Cornelius Fudge blames the events for Harry’s scar hurting and his nightmares. Although Harry names all seen death eaters, the minister doesn’t believe him a word.
