Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire
Chapter 7 - Bagman and Crouch
The Weasleys and the Diggorys, including Harry and Hermione land in a moor, where two exhausted magicans explain them the way. The Weasleys have to go to Mr Roberts. They must pay with mugglemoney to the groundskeeper Mr Roberts. Mr Weasley needs the help of Harry, because he doesn′t know anything about it. Mr Roberts is a Muggle and confused about the congestion. Then a magician appears and charms the memory of Mr Roberts, so that he doesn′t remember his doubts. Many magicians have bewitched their tents. The Weasleys build up their tents like Muggles, one for the boys and one for the girls. The tents look very small, but inside there is enough room for everybody. Hermione, Harry and Ron go to get water. They see many little witches and wizards, Irish and Bulgarian fans and many pupils of Hogwarts. Ludo Bagman bets with the Weasleys. Arthur bets one galleon on the victory of Ireland. Fred and George bet their whole money on the victory of Ireland, too, but that the snatch will be catched by Krum, the bulgarian seeker. Bartemius Crouch apparates and disapparates with Ludo Bagman, because they have to talk. Everyone buys souvenirs. Harry buys three omnioculars for his friends. Then they all go to the stadium.
