After the Weasleys, Harry and Hermione have talked about the game and have gone to bed, they are woken up by Mr Weasley. They have to escape. From everywhere come loud screams. Wizards with hoods and masks, Death Eaters as Harry gets to know later, burn tents and let the family of Mr Roberts fly in the air. A great number of wizards and witches, who are drunk, are around the Death Eaters. Mr Weasley, Charlie, Bill and Percy are going to help the ministry. The others run into the near forest Harry, Ron and Hermione meet Draco, who abuses Hermione directly. But they go on to a clearing and there is a magician, they can not see him clearly, who conjures up the dark mark, which appears in the sky above the Forest. Many wizards of the ministry appear and suspect Harry, Ron and Hermione. Then they see Winky with Harry′s wand, who lost it before. Mr Crouch is very angry with Winky, but even if she was not the one who conjured the dark mark, she is fired. They go back to the tent and tell the others what happened. Then they go to bed.
