In Charms, Harry, Ron and Hermione wonder if Umbridge has intercepted Harry’s mail and if they should go ahead with their plan. Angelina fixes a Quidditch practice for the evening as Umbridge has finally allowed the team to reform. The practice is not very good, because it’s raining cats and dogs and they can’t see anything. Harry’s scar is hurting again and he feels that Voldemort is angry because something has not succeeded.
Back in the common room, Harry does his Charms essay. As Harry sleeps, he dreams again about a long corridor with a door at the end, but is woken by Dobby who tells him that all the other houseelves see Hermione’s knitwear as an insult. He brings Hedwig back and tells Harry about the Room of Requirement which is always there when it is needed and provides everything necessary in it. The next day, Harry tells the others about it and they decide to use the Room of Requirement for Defence Against the Dark Arts. They meet that evening, Harry is chosen as their leader and they decide to name themselves Dumbledore’s Army (DA). In their first lesson they practice the “Expelliarmus” and Harry goes around to correct them. At the end of the lesson Harry is very satisfied, above all, because Cho has said that he is making her nervous.
