Suddenly Death Eaters surround the DA members and Lucius Malfoy requests Harry to give him the prophecy. Malfoy explains Harry, that the prophecy is about him and Voldemort and that only these two can touch the glass ball. Meanwhile Harry whispers to Hermione, that she should destroy the shelves when he says "Now". As the time comes, they start running as fast as possible. They get separated during their flight. Hermione is hit by a purple flame-like hex and she lies motionless on the floor. Neville’s wand is broken by a Death Eater. But before he can catch the prophecy he gets distracted and Harry is able to hex him with the Body-Bind curse. They quickly assure themselves that Hermione is alive, then Neville takes her wand and carries her. They meet the other three in the black room. Ginny has broken her ankle and Ron seems to have lost his mind and gets clasped by a brain. The Death Eaters use the situation and stun Ginny. Harry runs away to distract them and arrives in the room with the podium where he is surrounded. The Death Eaters ask for the prophecy and as Bellatrix Lestrange starts to torture Neville with "Crucio", Harry wants to give it away. But just in this moment Sirius, Lupin, Moody, Tonks and Kingsley appear in the door. They start to fight at once. Before Harry and Neville can flee, Lucius Malfoy lunges at them but Lupin comes to their rescue. Neville, who meanwhile has the prophecy, stumbles and the glass ball breaks. Just in this moment, Dumbledore appears. Sirius still fights with Bellatrix, until he gets hurt by a red flash and falls through the veil. Harry wants to get him, but Lupin holds him back, as it already is too late.
