The portrait shows Sirius mother, because it is the house of the Blacks and Sirius is the owner. Harry is glad to see him again. Mrs Weasley is preparing the food. While all of them are eating, it is apparent that Mrs Weasley dislikes Mundungus and other members of the Order. After dinner, Sirius wants to tell Harry something about the Order. Everybody is allowed to stay apart from Ginny, who is very annoyed about this fact. The Order wants to fight against Lord Voldemort and so has to recruit new members. Voldemort plans to win power over Magical Creatures, Giants among others. The Order of the Phoenix wants to warn everybody against Lord Voldemort. But this would endanger Dumbledores social status. When Mrs Weasley returns, everybody has to go to bed.
