Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince
Chapter 14 - Felix Felicis
Harry tells his friends Hermione and Ron about the memory he has seen in the Pensieve. But neither of them have any idea how that memory should help Harry in beating Voldemort.
Ron and Hermione have an argument during their Herbology lesson, which ends with an invitation to Slughorn′s Christmas party.
Ron is very nervous because of the upcoming Quidditch games and he makes everyone crazy. Ron sees his sister Ginny kissing Dean, which makes him go ballistic. Ginny shouts at Ron and accuses him of never having kissed a girl. Ron has problems with that, because he knows that even Harry and Hermione have had kissing experiences.
Harry pretends to give Ron something of his Felix Felicis potion before their next Quidditch game. It seems to help, because Ron catches every Quaffle in the game.
When Harry tells Hermione and Ron the truth, that Ron has never drunk Felix Felicis, both of them get angry.
Ron is offended because Hermione had accused him that he only got the Quaffle because of the Felix Felicis. Later in the evening Ron has his first kissing experience with Lavender Brown. Hermione gets very angry about this and rushes a flock of golden birds at him.
