Harry Apparates with Dumbledore′s help to the village Budleigh Babberton. There they go to the house of Horace Slughorn. On the way they talk about the incidents in the summer and about Inferi, who are "living dead people".When they arrive they find the house to be ravaged and enter it carefully. But Horace is inside, he has changed himself into an armchair. Dumbledore discovers this and removes the disorder. Horace used the self-made chaos to prevent being visited by unwanted visitors. Dumbledore wants Horace to work as a teacher in Hogwarts, but he refuses this, because he does not want to commit himself to the Order of Phoenix, since he would become a target for Death Eaters. Dumbledore uses an excuse to go away, so that Harry and Horace can talk. But Harry dislikes Slughorn′s ideas.Then Dumbledore comes back and he und Harry want to go. But before they are away Horace says that he wants the job. Harry got him to do so. After this Dumbledore brings Harry to The Burrow and
says that Harry should talk to his friends about the prophecy.
