In September Harry Potter gets back to Grimmauld Place with the information that Severus Snape is the new headmaster of Hogwarts. At this moment Hermione shows the boys that she has hid a portrait of Phineas Nigellus in her handbag because he is able to move between this portrait and the one that is in the headmaster’s office. By hiding him in the handbag he won’t be able get knowledge of what they are doing. Harry wants to use the following day to put their plan into practise. The friends want to go to the Ministry to take the locket from Dolores Umbridge. Shortly afterwards Harry disappears because he has another vision: Voldemort is still searching for someone called Gregorovitch.
The next day the three friends take their way to the Ministry. With some luck and the Polyjuice Potion they are able to step into the footprint of three members of the Ministry. In the Ministry Ron is asked to stop the rain in an office room. They find out, that the woman of the man, Ron is representing now is a muggle-born person, who is having a hearing downstairs.
