Hermione is taken along the lift with Umbridge to the courtroom so that Harry has to take his way alone to the office of Dolores Umbridge. He can not find the locket but the eye of Mad-Eye-Moody which he takes with him. When he is sure that there is no locket in the office and Pius Thicknesse enters the room Harry lefts the office unnoticed and searches for Ron and Hermione to leave the ministry. But Ron is busy drying Yaxley’s office and so once again Harry takes his way alone downwards and enters the court of justice under his Invisibility Cloak. After Shock Spells and a successful replacement of the locket worn by Dolores Umbridge panic bursts out because Harry advises the Muggle-born to flee. They aren’t undiscovered anymore.
